Clio Intermediate School is part of Clio Area Schools, located in northern Genesee County, Michigan and recognized as the premiere public school district in the area.  As “Leaders in Educational Excellence,” the district provides a high-quality education with diverse options for some 3,000 students annually.

Clio Intermediate School was created to consolidate resources by bringing all district 4th and 5th grade students under one roof as well as teachers and support staff, saving the district not only money, but wasted travel time, etc.  Its highly qualified and caring staff brings years of experience to the needs of each and every student.  Located adjacent to Clio Middle School, it also provides for an easier transition from elementary to middle school.

The district is currently undergoing major renovations, enhancements and construction of new facilities, thanks a $40-million bond issue approved by its supportive voters in May 2020.
